- Split the program into two. Windows GUI "ExtractJPEG.exe". And a non-window command line application
"ExtractJPEGcmd.exe" for scripting applications.
- Added "/q" quiet option on command line version, to minimise output.
- Removed "/nw" option from the Windows GUI program.
- Added missing header skip options, "/h1", "/h2", to command line version.
- Added "/c" option to command line version, and "Save only complete files" option to Windows GUI version,
to discard any output files that are invalid JPEG format.
- Program folder added to environment PATH variable by installer.
