The following main features were added or changed in version 2.3:
- New Triangle Arc tool, allows user to mark 3 points and join them with the arc of a circle, as per Triangle Circle tool but it doesn't fill in the full circle.
- Triangle Circle tool and Triangle Arc tool now also available in Map-only mode, not just Trace Mode.
- Triangle Circle and Arc now allow user to specify in which projection the curve will be a true circle: on the Image panel, on the Earth Globe (distance circle), or when viewed from a satellite at a specified location.
- New Undo Whole Contour command in Edit Menu, allows user to undo a whole contour back to the last line break, rather than normal undo point by point.
- Fix bug in About dialog if registered user name includes non-English characters.
- Fix bugs relating to missing config files for new installs.
- Updated all code libraries to latest versions.
