Release Date: September 2008.
The following main features were added or changed in version 3.02:
New Features
- A new menu item Run Batch Plot has been added to the File menu on the GEO Arc window (registered users only). This item functions similar to the Batch Report function, and allows a user to save a batch of GEO Arc plots to file for a list of specific sites.
- The contents of the Rain Report has been modified to show Rain Fade Margin, rather than total Rain Fade Path Loss. This is more useful for doing link budgets, and the total Rain Fade Path Loss can still be found by adding the Rain Fade Margin to the Clear Sky Path Loss.
Bug Fixes & Other Refinements
- Confirmed that the current World Magnetic Model WMM2005 is still valid through 2009.
- Fixed incorrect column labels in Batch Report, swapping "rain rate"-"water vapour density", and swapping "spring"-"autumn" dates.
- Fixed bug where the last site in the list file for Batch Report was always being missed out.
- Fix so that the report generated by Satellite AzEl List looks the same whether called from main dialog or from GEO Arc window.
- Fixed bug where program would sometimes incorrectly add 1 hour to time of sun outage events if the user's PC clock was currently set for Daylight Saving (Summer) time.
- Fixed bug which did not allow saving an image file when the whole pathname and filename exceeded 128 characters.
