Bug Fixes & Other Refinements

• Improved operation of download progress dialog.
• Minor improvements to error reporting and log file messages.
• Add UTF-8 byte order mark (BOM) to start of CSV output files so that UTF-8 character format is properly recognised when opened in a spreadsheet such as Excel.
